Studio Hire Policy 1. Private Hire for up to 3 users Private hire for less than three users is intended for personal practice or small group activities. No monetary gain should be made from hiring the space. One parking space is allocated for this booking type ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ 2. Private Hire for 4+ Users Private hire for four or more users is designed for small groups collaborating on non-commercial projects. No charges beyond the studio hire fee should be imposed on any dancers during private hires. One parking space is allocated for this booking type ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ 3. Commercial Hire Commercial hire is intended for individuals or groups utilising the space for monetary gain. All bookings under this category must be agreed upon in advance and may include additional terms and conditions. Users must ensure compliance with all legal requirements for commercial activities, including insurance liabilities. Please contact the studio to discuss parking requirements if more than the one allocated space is required. Indemnity Waiver: Users acknowledge that participating in activities within the studio carries the risk of personal injury. By signing this agreement, users waive any claims against the studio and its staff for injuries sustained during the use of the facility. ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ All users are required to read and sign this policy prior to their booking to acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined above. Please refer to our full terms and conditions which can be found under The Legal Stuff on our website for the Studio hire rules and guidelines. The information will also be sent to you after your booking has been completed and paid for. Cancellations can be made upto 48 hours in advance of your booking A booking can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your allocated time It is your responsibility to turn up on time. Late arrivals will be unable to extend their booking beyond the finish time - if their is studio availability you may be able to book an additional time slot Please leave the studio as you found it, turn off all lights. Return the key to the keybox and jumble up the numbers Do NOT touch the heaters - they are set on Smart plugs and need chance to cool down periodically. We operate CCTV in the studio - this is for your protection as well as keeping the studio a safe place to dance. All damages must be paid for in full And finally, look after this space - we want everyone to enjoy dancing here
